Traveling to San Diego during the COVID-19 pandemic
I recently had a trip to San Diego and I did not plan as thoroughly as I normally do for a trip because I was really unsure of what to expect. Right before the trip, San Diego county shut down all indoor dining, bars, breweries, and indoor activities (gyms, etc.). I wasn’t sure if beaches would be open but I still packed hoping they would be. I tried my best to see what was still open, and what activities I could do but not all business websites are updated with the correct information during this time. Here’s what I learned! Prepare for Outdoor Activities San Diego has beautiful weather, so…

Disney Lamplight Lounge Lobster Nachos
This weekend my husband and I had a Disney Date Night! Yes we love Disney and we have been really missing Disneyland lately! One of our absolute favorite places to eat is Lamplight Lounge in Disney California Adventure. We always share their Lobster Nachos and love to order off of their secret drink menu too! I decided to recreate the lobster nachos and the Mickey’s Fun Wheel drink (one of the drinks off of the secret drink menu) at home. As it turns out, there is a ton of work that goes into the Lobster nachos! I started looking at this recipe but wanted to simplify the process, so I…
